Policies

You may discontinue treatment and request a refund from Dental Republic at any time. Dental Republic will refund any amount paid for treatment that you DID NOT receive, except in accordance to Dental Republic’s policy for Interrupted Services outlined below. You have 30 days from the date of payment to request a refund, otherwise a refund will not be issued and a credit for future dental services will be given instead.

 

Interrupted Services


Patients requiring crown or bridge services may cancel treatment with no charge prior to natural teeth being prepared or altered for the prosthetic. Once tooth preparation occurs, patients are liable for the estimated full cost of the services even if they choose not to complete treatment.

Patients requiring implant and bone grafting services may cancel treatment with no charge prior to diagnostic work-up being performed or implant/bone grafting being placed. Once implant placement occurs, patients are liable for the estimated full cost of the services even if they choose not to complete the full treatment. Failure of implant or bone grafting will not deem a refund, for surgical services have been rendered and possible failure is a natural risk with any surgical procedure.

All refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment, except cash payments, which will be refunded by check.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email refund request to: refundrequest@dentalrepublic.com
    Please make sure you include:
    – Clinic Location
    – Patient Name & DOB
    – Amount
    – Any additional comments
  2. It will take us 48 hours to respond to the refund request
  3. We will not accept refund requests at the clinic directly. All refunds will be mailed to your home address on file or that you provide.
    All Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment, except cash payments, which will be refunded by check.

 

Cash or Check Payment Refunds

Account Holder Refund Request — Upon receipt of a request for a refund, Dental Republic will confirm all payments by check have cleared the bank (may take up to 15 business days). Once the credit balance is confirmed, Dental Republic will issue a refund check within 10 business days.

Major Credit Card Refunds


Any refund of a payment originated through a credit card company must be refunded to the originating credit card account. Please contact your credit card company for more information regarding their refund policy.

Account Holder Refund Request — Dental Republic will issue credit card refunds within 3 business days. It may take up to 7 business days for the credit card company to post the payment to the cardholder’s account.

Third Party Lender Refunds


Any refund of payment originated through third-party lenders must be refunded to the original account. Please contact the third-party lender for more information regarding their refund policy as processing of refunds may not be reflected on an account for up to 2 billing cycles.
Account Holder Refund Request — Dental Republic will issue third-party lender refunds within 14 business days.
